- Your security deposit is meant to insure that you are coming for the specific day and time you book for
- 15min grace period …Please arrive to your appointment on time. Appointment times are scheduled for each client and their specific needs. When a client is running late, it can run into the next clients appointment and then create a domino effect for the clients following. If you are 15 minutes late or more, fees will be assessed as follows:
- Deposit will be forfeited and a new booking deposit will need to be paid when rescheduling.
- 35% NO SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE In order to avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Please note: cancellation will result in a loss of your deposit if you fail to communicate with me in advance.
- Guests: Please refrain from bringing anyone with you unless discussed prior to your appointment.
- Please make sure to add all and final services at time of booking NO add ons will be allowed at time of service.
